Mr, Stryker,

I am currently using one of your competitors' service. And I am up to my throat with lies and excuses that I have bear every time there is an outage and it's has been over a year now. I can't believe they even shamelessly claimed themselves to be the best in the industry, on SI. The outages have cost me several thousand dollars. I was told today by a representative of this firm that there was a power outage on the street, while at the same time, a fellow trader attested that his connection to the same broker house was perfectly fine.

I almost picked up the phone today and call you guys to transfer the fund over there.

There are a few concerns, however:

1/ Why can't you legally published the commission schedule on your web site. I have been told for so long now that it's due to an SEC's review of the web site. When will this be done ? It's been six month since I was so told. It's hard to believe. That this is still under review.

2/ When will your Beta version become official version. I am a bit skeptical knowing that your clients are using beta copies of a software promised to be out a couple of months ago.

3/ How is the connection like ? Do you suffer congestions during busy days ? Slow down, performance hits, and outages ? And do you give excuses for them, or do you actually take action, to ensure that this will never happen again ?

4/ Are Cybertraders making money ? could anyone testify of his profitability using Cybertrader ?

5/ Could you yourself post a schedule of commission rates on SI, here on this thread ? If not, then why not ?

6/ is it true that you have reduced the minimum requirement to $20K to open an account ? Why such reduction ? You've yet to attract enough clients ?

7/ Would you treat an inactive the same as an active trader ? Of course you wouldn't. :) I guess what I am trying to ask is, if I am an inactive, position trader, yet I takes up too much bandwidth from your server, by display too much information on four monitors. Would I be able to survive with Cybertrader w/o problems ?
8/ Are sure SPIC insured ? and where is such stated on the Web site ? Is Cybertrader the place the traders can trust with a hundred thousand dollars or so ?

I love the look of your software, and its features. And I would love to try it out with my very high speed internet connection.

Thanks for your attention .

[Other questions]

Could you please address this question as well which I posted to Mr. Berber.

[Custom Programs]

Is it possible to interact with CyrberTrader with your own custom programs either as plug-ins or as independent programs?? Can the data feed to CyberTrader or the information being processed by the program be accessed by other programs to perform custom analysis?? If not generally available, is it available for software development vendors??

Thanks. Cybertrader seems the best but Towsend Analytics does allow the above.
