Yes but jerry thought he had contracts along time ago and did the press release.....he and his buddies could have bought all the shares they wanted to before the first news release for $0.125 share.

Gary - first I have to say that I know MarkOx reasonably well. That is we shared a lot of private conversations when we first met on another thread before we also convened on GNNX and then separately here. He is absolutely not a paid promoter, but rather a young, hard-working investor trying to make it in a difficult world, as are we all(except we all aren't young, lol). My guess is that despite Mark's good intentions, his pocket book could not take the pressure and he simply stopped out. But why dont you go back, find him, and post to him directly, rather than just speculate.

Secondly, I think business is complex, takes more time than we would like, etc. etc. This is not to say we should have our heads in the sand, but freely cavorting with paranoid thoughts about management specifically trying to trick us and do us in I believe is not the norm. Granted it does happen, but remember, we have here the head of a company who is licensed both as an accountant and as an attorney and I do not believe he would be trying to defraud in such a position.

Paranoid thinking (overly worried beliefs that the "world" is against us) can only lead to mass hysteria. I believe we need to keep looking, keep asking - I mean we are down a lot already so do we sit tight or average down? Lets find out some more before averaging down maybe. Maybe the brave speculators will jump on the chance. The stock already came up today.

I finally got impatient with another stock and sold only to have the stock double from where it was the very next day!!!!

...and Greg is saying that he has now been re-hired. If he had been "screwed over", as you say, why would he accept this?

Charger

Gary, first I don't think Markox is a paid hypster. I was talking to Jerry and mentioned that this stock was discussed very deeply on the internet, he immediatly told his collegue, and he wanted to know where so I told him.

About Greg, if they have done work for them and the company stays in business, they still have to pay the bills. If things will work out fine afterall he takes a lot of risk buying through other buddies, because it could be traced in an investigation. And look, the insiders hold shares and we didn't see action from them.

In my opinion the MM are not willing to take a position because they don't anything about this stock. And what I now remember is that Greg told me that he put his favorite MM on the stock. It could be possible that he told him that he was going to end the contract and that this MM unload his position (if he had one). But I have a feeling more and more people are losing interest in this stock because of the lack of news and they sell their shares. And it only needs some selling to get the price down.
And if Jerry would let his buddies buy the stock to make a good profit we would see more buying power and then the stock would move up IMO. If I was a MM I would like to have no position in the stock and just try to live from the big spread.
I made my conclusion for now. I hold my shares, not buying more to average my holding, and wait for more disclosure. I will put the shares into the long run closet for now. Maybe things turn out quite well after some time, who knows.

And remember, if things turn out to be very wrong, not closing of contracts, Jerry will be history also. And wasn't he a member of some respected board, accountants association?

Just my opinion, but always willing to hear others.

Rene.
