John .. I am not sure what you need explained .... but I'll try. PeopleSoft releases its quarterly results one hour after the major markets close (i.e. 5pm ET or 2pm PT or 4pm CT, etc.). The Q2 1998 date is tomorrow, Jul 21. At 5pm, PeopleSoft will make their results available on the WEB under their site (I have posted a HOTLINK). They also have a fax-on-demand service which will pump out the results to you after 5pm tomorrow. The results are published in the form of a press release and various other news bureaux will pick it up and re-package and publish. I prefer to simply get the original source document from the horse's mouth, so to speak. Standing by for the next 17 or so hours ....
