Charles, I agree with your comments on revenge. My recent posts since
my first "in anger" have shifter from "to go after", then to "find out
the truth", to now "ipmcf share value". I have accomplished many
studies on the affect of the revenge type thoughts, and no suprise to
anyone, not nice what was found. Also no suprise to anyone is how
powerful this type of thoughts can be to capture you and take control
of you. Almost like being possessed by an alien you can not control,
but you know you should and you know its really you... So, to all
shareholders, I put my views on this thread, and it would be good
if we the shareholders could post ideas on this thread and decide if
we need to take actions, or to wait and let others decide for us.
Ally got the attorney Cathcart to start the lawsuit to look at AZ and
the man associated with the government mining agency. But, IF IF IF
the IPM management is currently on a course that will result in the
collapse of ipmcf share value, then if true(and I and this thread do
not know if true or not), then if enought of the ipmcf shares were
controled, then the IPM Board of Directors could be dismissed, and
all of the IPM employees could be fired and replaced with people
choosen by the controling shareholders that would tell us of a plan
to determine if IPM has value. In one of the old posts, someone
mentioned that in this case money would be needed to continue the
company, and if an outside investor or JV could be found, then the
money would have to come from the shareholders. Time to decide, wait
to see what happens, and hope for a good outcome, or do something.
In my option, the lawsuit Ally posted will bring out the "truth" if
outside factors crushed IPM, but the bank and your house morgage do
not accept "truth" as deposites and payments. As I said in a recent
post, work for ipmcf share value and let others worry about the truth
and any revenge. My interest in the lawsuit is very positive and
supportive because it may prevent an "if exist" outsiders from
completing a destruction of IPM. But if that is not where the
problem is, and if the problem is management, and noone looks except
me in that direction, then sad. To revisit what I said above, time
to decide if management should be replaced, and if so then
shareholders will have to decide to "throw good money after bad" to
continue IPM under new people. If Black Rock dirt is a scam, then
you loose initial plus the extra. If an outsider decided to "buy"
IPM, then the outsider would pay as little as the market will allow.
If he could pay 0.01 per share, then ofcourse. Or the shareholders
could say NO, and wait to see what ever happens, maby a 0.00.
I will do no more. As I said before, if I get my money back, etc.,
I go into the group8. If not, then not and as I said when I joined
SI, I don't put needed money into a gold mine stock. Sorry for any
arrogant tone in this and prior posts. Think money, not revenge.
I now do the opposite of my recommendations, and I wait to see what
happens, and what happens will be decided by the other shareholders.

Talking to Cap Guardian would be a good start, if they'll talk to you.
IMO, shareholders/regualators will somehow have take control of IPM to find out what really happened.
Unfortunately, IPM has also accumulated a huge debt for the unpaid portion of the land, and I don't think anyone with deep pockets would want to inherit this.
Perhaps, shareholders could solicit the regulators to investigate IPM's files. Whatever happens to IPM now can't be worse than current situation.
Tough situation...almost as if it was pre-planned.
