Well, you do some awesome DD, and pull it together nicely. I like companies with low floats too, which certainly came up on CPSX & AVRI
(and don't forget LGTK...another sleeper with a low float)

Do you use any special software for your searches?

Do you prefer NASDAQ over OTC BB stocks?

one source I have used to find BB stocks is the OTC top100 most active list (comes out monthly)

otcbb.com
Sometimes I can find stuff there that has been accumulated and is trending upward, and then I do DD on the most interesting to see what the story is behind them (if any)
sometimes it is just a dead end.

I hate when I find something that looks good, and then when I call the company and there is no answering machine, and just an endless ringing phone. And then I will call the transfer agent or underwriter, and the phone number is disconnected. Or sometimes I can't find a company number at all...and it is frustrating because I will watch the BB stock steadily move up, sometimes double or triple over the next few weeks, but I can't bring myself to buy a stock when I don't even know if the company exists, or what it does. But that is the nature of OTC BB stocks...it's like trying to solve a mystery. My personal rule is to call the company.

Clearly you have pulled together some extensive DD and I look forward
to whatever else you bring here. Am adding them all to my watchlist.

Just read through the annual report and it looked pretty good. Another question I have though is why the difference between shares Outstaning and Shares Issued? Is it shares that the company is planning to keep in the company safe and sell if need to? have you been able to talk to the company management/IR at all?
