Melissa .. I guess you were away when the announcement was made. Chuzzlewit is the V-P of Financial Analysis and Reporting and FASB comes under his purvue. If he deems it important, then he has full authority to act upon such matters. He was well within his fiduciary duties to request any and all pertinent information regarding FASB.
