I have very little concern that it won't.
I will not book a plane ticket for that day though.

So it cost a trillion $$ to fix it.
When there is a massive panic over a known event, the reality of the event upon arival is generaly well below the dire forcasts. The reason is, in this case, 1 trillion $$$.
