Not sure on medical devices.
Yes, numbers would certainly help. Meantime, qualitative announcements have helped the price in the past, though not recently. Maybe we'll see their gradual pressure applied over the coming days/weeks. Still consider the laissez faire Friday/Saturday PRs very bullish.

Read the press release for the dates you asked for.

Financials are due out in September. He may have something out earlier that woulld not be audited, but a good guideline to what the audited numbers will look like in September.
