Robert, We've been down this road before. Read Post #115. If management ever participates in another "floorless convert" funding, I vote that we tar and feather them. Think there is any chance to get that on the next proxy vote?

Could you please clarify some details for me? 1. The Private placement was done in Feb. 1998. When were the details of the placement released? 2. You say the registration indicated 6,000,000 shares. Has Castle Creek done previous deals with Pars? Re your suggestion that mgmt present financing proposals to shareholders. I do not believe that is feasible. However these proposals may be presented to a board of directors which is supposed to act in the shareholder's interest. I would be more concerned that the terms were disclosed in a prompt manner.
