Thank you, Ryan Yu.

What is going to happen in 1999? Is there something special about the timing?

I took your advice and called Peacock. After several phone messages back and forth, I ended up speaking with Steve Peacock. I am very new to this stock business and am not sure what is important information and what is not. I also know that there is a certain amount of "sales" required to do what Mr. Peacock is attempting.

However, he told me that there are some "issues" with the Hawthorne funding and that he has been looking to augment/replace with something(s) else. The Linzy acquisition is happening. A PR group named Global Media from Canada will be working with PFCK to handle their PR and to assist in joining up with new MM's(?). He also discussed a 40% position with a company called Brownfield's Remediation which he said would improve their cash position. He expected that PFCK would be able to start giving out some good news by the end of August. Steve seemed open and forthright (sales ?). He told me up front that he would only be able to discuss the Hawthorne issue in generalities. He also said that he would be happy to return my calls in the future.

Having said this, what do you, the 3-4 active members of the thread, think? Is this the time to buy or this just good sales-speak?
