<< And why does the company react so swiftly, the same day the StockGenie article has its effect, in putting out a news release that basically touts the stock?>>

OCOM did not put out that news release. It was a Dow Jones wire story, with a one-sentence quote from OCOM. Dow Jones obviously noticed that OCOM was one of the 10 best % gainers on NASDAQ, and wrote a short article about it. The Stock Genie erred by saying it was a company press release, which it wasn't.

<<The company has a critical reason to keep its stock price up. It is bleeding cash,
and it will continue to bleed cash whether or not they are able to ramp a new
product. So, the co. must raise cash by selling equity. The lower the market cap,
the less cash they can raise.>>

So, John, do you think the company's plan (scheme?) is if they can get the stock up high enough they can do a secondary or attract a legitimate investor(s) that will possibly allow them to buy the convertible loan sharks off?
