I'm holding tight! This company is the future! It will be another NDB or E-trade the way it is going! The management here actually thinks!

Congratulations PRWT!!! for an Excellent Electronic Trading Web Site. Done completely in line with investor expectations...and on time! Nice Choice for Software and prices are in line with the market! I'm still impressed at the openness and forthright behavior you exhibit to your investors and the business community at large. Everything is on schedule and as planned from an investors perspective!
I think the font size has increased on some of the words on the insider-trading.net site. Can anyone confirm this? If this is true, way to go PRWT! What a way to keep on the pulse of your consumer! Today should make for interesting trading. As the old adage goes.. If it was good at .078 yesterday it is great at .070 at the open today. ;-)

Good Luck All

Thankyou PRWT for acting like a Fortune 500 Company!

John,

I am currently an investor in your company and have a few questions
and comments for you.

1) What is the extent of your advertising plan for Insider Trading?

2) Do you plan to offer a scaled down version of Insider Trading to
regular investors (not Day Traders)? Something akin to E*Trade, but
with more technical research. I would be interested in something like
this.

3) How did you acquire Access Wall Street? Did it have anything to do
with shorted shares?

4) What is the status of the Belize, Cost Rica and other Central
American mortgages? What percent have been funded?

5) What is the progress on the video phones? Can we expect an
announcement on the time of deployment and market projections sometime
soon?

6) Is the Purewater purification system still a viable business? If
not, then will you sell it?

7) When is the first SEC filing going to happen? Do you have a date?

8) Can you please clear up the number of shares? I have heard
conflicting data. Authorized, outstanding, restricted and the float.

9) If the share price appreciates enough will you consider canceling
some of the outstanding shares? This would increase stockholders'
equity and would be viewed very favorable by the street. The large
outstanding number of shares has scared a number of potential
investors off. They have a fear of the reverse split. Is this in the
cards? If it is then I am afraid many people will view it negatively.
I have been burned before by a reverse split. People view it as a
sign of poor fundamentals.

10) How do you see the company developing in the next couple of
months?

Thanks for answering my questions. Having open communications with a
developing company really builds investor confidence.

Thank you for you interest in PanAmerican.

Your questions are being addressed and the information should be on the web page this week. I want to make the web page the place for company information and official information. Unfortunately I have been in too many places at once, but I should get it done this week. Thanks again for your interest.

John
