So what was the point in the post ?
This does not detract from the fact that Seidman would not likely take the account without some preliminary review and Dror would not likely solicit a firm such as this if he had any thing to hide.

You are wrong regarding why the change of auditors occurred.
I checked with MicroTel's management.

Deloitte did not resign the MicroTel account.

MicroTel's Board asked Deloitte to resign.

MicroTel appointed BDO Seidman because Deloitte's billing was excessive to be afforded by a company the size of MicroTel. BDO Seidman's fees were much more reasonable while the quality of their work was just as good as Deloitte's.
