Thanks. No I don't know SOWL. I heard that he is a lawyer. I wish bidding for sector 8 was not postponed. Bell Atlantic backed off from that area since it was too expensive (in relevant to the potential revenue) to build infrastructure there (estimated cost: $1.5 - $2 billion). I believe that at this point ARC system is the only economically feasible solution in that area. Hopefully we will get other areas before we get sector 8 in September. yongzhi
