Katherine

I am a big fan of your postings. Always insightful and meaningful.

<<If it were my money, I'd be spending it in parts of the sector where valuations match earnings a little better. >>

In relation to Amat you would obviously not be a purchaser at these prices I assume. Any comment on Klac, Nvls or Ter? Or perhaps a better question, in what parts of the sector are valuations matching earnings a little better?

Thanking you in advance.

Katherine: Do not underestimate Applied Materials. They are not without their flaws, but they are very aggressive, and are in four accounts by my count. I cannot disclose which, but I know. They have a better position at present than Semitool and CVC, IMO. Novellus has the best position at present.
