Jewel, Here is the Edgar link that I use: edgar-online.com Do a regular search and then a full search (you must change the default date) to pull up all of the historical filings as far back as you want to go. I have always used our ticker symbol DCTC and have not had any problems pulling up filings, I hope this solves your problem. James

J, The MM's are playing with us again. The volume at the ask is more than at the bid yet the ask is down. I notice that HRZG is the only one at the ask. I would suspect he has no more than 5000 shares and will turn the ask back over to OLIE with just a little bit of buying. You can also pull up the SEC filings from DCI's web site. I did notice you can get to the EDGE home page from DCI's home page. You can check out all of the different kind of prepaid phone cards they offer. At the present time to order you must still call their 800 number but sometime in the near future you will be able to purchase them through the internet. Best Regards
