I neglected to mention that the report I received yesterday was associated with some shares I held directly, not in street name through a broker. This certainly explains an "early" (only 3.5 months after year end!) delivery. My Schwab-associated report hasn't arrived yet.

Am interested in others' opinions when you receive it.

I got my annual report today.

I haven't read it yet, but at first glance let me say, I am NOT impressed.

I won't spoil the surprise for you, but will say that if this is what they consider creative thinking or thinking out of the box down there in Milepas, I'm surprised this isn't a penny stock.

Just two things to titilate you:

One: there's a graph on page 1 titled "CD-R/RW Drive Sales" with the vertical axis marked "millions of units sold." No mention of forecasts, projections, etc. Yet they show sales figures for '98, '99, '00, '01. Hmmm. What fiscal year did they say they are on?

Two: it's going to be tough to file this thing. I suspect it will have to be put in a special place, and I'll never find it when I go looking for it. Maybe that's the idea.

Let me know when yours arrives and we'll see if, as usual, you are more supportive of the quality of adpt management than I am. <g>
