George I wish I shared your enthusiasm for $16 short term. APCO continues to do everything properly and will exceed $16 soon enough but it won't be because of any upgrades or new analyst coverage.

New analyst coverage should at least help it get back to what I would consider a fair valuation, possibly $13 short term. I think the next real increase of any significant move will have to be institutional
driven. There are two very strong possibilities and a maybe on a third that will drive this stock.

1. The best chance is if Allstate and Banc One along with a distribution agreement from Markheim Auto Auctions( not just the pilot program that is currently in effect)proves to be as beneficial as APCO
and institutional investors that have already invested think they can be. Best case scenario for that is end of third quarter more realistically the fourth quarter.

2. The next best possibility is the expected upcoming earnings report
do next week (assuming that all of the SI play the earnings hope for a pop crowd don't sell after they come out (I also don't have a problem with people doing that) ). I believe that institutional people are looking for .12 to .13. I think that there is an outside chance for .14 and a very remote chance for .15. If they do by chance hit .14, I think we could see some serious interest from the street.

3. If the potential of the EasyCare Standard program is anywhere near what I think it could be and the institutions feel the same way, when it is introduced it could provide the needed momentum.

In conversations that I have had with Todd, there is still more analyst interest out there. If by chance the fourth regional firm initiating coverage might attract a national firm APCO may rock. I don't see the last one happening until more numbers start coming in from the signed agreements.

APCO has experienced emotional exuberance once before and I personally think it hurt the stock. A slow steady climb for this one is much preferred in my case.
