Barbie, of course I need a cuddle ... But first, there are two things that need to be addressed, NEWS and FLOAT!

If you remember, in the lengthy post I put up concerning independant verification of I.T. I said that news can and often does get delayed for numerous reasons. The company is not a news agency. It is a moneymaker. It is the actions of the company that matter. When someone talks to John and he says news is coming on that topic, it seems that they will then get on here and make it sound like the PR should be out that very day.

Well, just last evening, I had the opportunity to talk with John myself. Yup, the Beast did actually get through to the man himself. He shared a lot of interesting information which I am presently checking out just like I did on I.T. When I am through following up, I will share that info with you. For the interrum, let me say that my conversation yesterday was better than 5 fingers of 100 year old Scotch! John is working on several news stories which are targeted at keeping us appraised on the actions of the company. Now on the issue of when, consider. If John were to let the cat out of the bag prematurely, what might happen? Well, lets say that there was a major aquisition that would propel the stock to a buck. Word leaks out before it should, the stock goes up, the other side gets pissed and calls the deal and there you are with an inflated company and no deal. I don't want that to happen and I really don't think many of you do either? So, be content that over the next month there will be enough news to satisfy just about anyone.

On the issue of float. The float consists of the shares that are openly traded. It also includes what might generally be referred to as hypothicated shares. Yup, imaginary shares! So how does it work you ask? Well lets say there are 100M shares that are openly traded. Then a bunch of us decide that we are going to hold long till the stock gets tp $10.00. And, lets say that 40M shares is what we are going to hold. The actual public float is now 60M shares. Then along comes an unscrupulous MM who starts selling shares that she does not have. That is naked shorting. Now, those 10M or shares are added to the float. Is it legal. No, not really, but it is allowed and the evidentiaty problems that arise mean that generally they do not get caught. Except when the shorting started at .015 and continued to .12 and the MM got caught needing 18M shares to cover. Does a large float mean that the stock price will be lower? No, not unless you take it to mean that you better get back out after a penny swing or panic as it drops a penny. It is really your perception alone as to what you are willing to pay for a share.

So what is the true story. Well, when folks will not sell below a certain point it becomes a support level. When folks will not buy above a certain level, it becomes a resistance level. As folks change their buying and selling preferences, the actual price range of the stock changes. At this red hot min, it appears that we have a trading range of .059 and .075. ... can it change? Yup, it can, but we all have to pull together to make it happen. You cannot rely on others to bring the wine while you bring only water! Either you are an investor or you are an observer. Observers will win some, lose some, and in the end, maybe have a nice dinner out of this company. Investors, on the other hand, will get fat as a tick off of this company! Take my word on it and take it to the bank!

Did I lead you wrong on IT? NO, and I am not leading you wrong here either. Hold and you will be rewarded. Sell and you will reward others ... in particular the MMs.
