Jock,

At least we now know the cause of the selling over the past 4 days. Once the uncertainty is eliminated people will feel more comfortable taking a position. But when the stock is selling off for no apparent reason, no one wants to get out in front of it. Once the reason is known they can use their own judgement on if the magnitude of the selling is justified. Unfortunately, because Montgomery was right last year on the very same issue their opinion carries a little more weight this year.

Can you get any of the details about the report from your friend Rob? My source is out of town for a couple of weeks, but I am trying some alternates and will let you know if I come up with anything.
