I was trying to determine from the NR whether there is jeopardy to CWA from the Securities rulings. No charges against the company that I am aware of but the one NR seems to indicate that is a possibility and if that happens, will there not be lawsuits by 1986 shareholders. Hopefully, the fallout relates more to the First Marathon individuals who it appears dealt with their CWA interest in an inappropriate manner. If anyone is aware of charges against the company or lawsuits, please advise.
