Mohan...Other than Meredith's statement about ASP's falling and being misinterpreted to MEAN Margins were falling is the SEC request to add additional shares troublesome to anyone here on the board?

I don't get to the DELL thread often, because I buy and trust this company to perform, so I spend time on some of the other threads where, frankly, I am a little more worried about some of my speculative investments.....But when I heard on the radio the fall in tech sector was because of DELL's "ASP" statement I immediately said to myself "So what, so are the cost of the components."

I thought I had heard something about murmurings on the SEC issue.

Can you give me the Short Version of where we're at?
