Jorge, SEC request? I didn't understand that part of your question.

The request for additional authorized shares was made to the shareholders and voted on by the shareholders. It is the only way to split the stock or to lower price of the stock. It also allows for shares to be distributed to employees and management and lessen the impact as a percentage basis.

ASP SchmeeESP- Jorge you worry too much.<VBG>

As you know the drop today has probably nothing to do with the ASP story,it probably has more to do with Greenspan's statement that the economy looked good to him but inflationary pressures were still a concern and or something to that effect.I don't see anything too worrisome in the statement for the immediate future, I mean what are these Wall Street pundits thinking like he was going to say every everything is looking hunky-dory,inflation will remain in check for ever and the market is too cheap or something. I believe as the Fed Chairman it is his duty and responsibility to be always on the look out and to be cautious and make cautionary statements.

Like you said ASP may be falling but so are the component prices and therefore it shouldn't be of too much concern. This is not news this has been going on for a while now.On the other hand if the scenario were different and if ASP was falling and component prices were rising then that would have been legitimate cause for concern.

'nuff of my ramblings, I think I better get off the thread and let the
more knowledgeable folks get in on it.
