Shareholders we now have some tangible stuff to consider.
I have no experience in mining and business matters, so if
others quiet/sly/timid/etc ipmcf shareholders could reply
yes no go stop look see help etc., then please post.
Also, who are the BIG and very BIG shareholders. Something
like long ago posts said investment houses ???? I don't know
the nature of these, but eventually people(s) represent these
big holding, so, how can they be represented on this thread.
A friend of a friend of an enemy of a friend knows someone ???

Rob, I just now understood one part of your post. You said:
<<<... and set a hands off date of a couple years
and then review the available options at that time. >>>
My thoughts were full_steam_ahead, do it all now, etc., but this
could also mean more mistakes could be made. But your hands off
period will let IPM observe the other desert dirt companies, and
if they encounter problems, not only do we avoid them, but by the
time the hands off period is over, work-around-over-thru any
problems will have been deal with by the other dirt companies.
Also, if there really is a dark force out there currently on the
back of IPM, then if we stop struggling, this creature will
probably consider us ka-put and move on to the next red meat
victim. Actually, if this happens, and the force likes aged meat,
then GPGI or MXAM has a nice coat of fuzz on them. BUT, if it
likes or wants young virgin type meat to devitalize the life forces
from, then I remember these pop-up commercials appearing on this
and other threads, something like yuppies8 or puppies8.

Robert,

My thoughts exactly, why not put up the 0.10 cents per share and leave the company for some time/years.
In the mean time we can follow the others and possibly make a deal. Maxam f.i. will have a plant by then.

Also we could investigate both management and the AZDOM. We need contact with the big shareholders.

Hans

$1MM is still $1MM. I had forgoten about the new deal.
Regardless, it's 10c for half of all outstanding shares and this is mission impossible unless you get the big shareholders on board.
We all know who has, or is supposed to still have 80K shares. do you really think that person is ready to fork out $8 gees?
Has anyone ever tried to talk to Cap Guard? good luck.
A consortium of major shareholders is required before the next AGM, which should be prety soon. Regulators could take years.
Unless ya get to see their files, you don't really don't know what you're dealing with right now.
Seems to me a while back we figured SI shareholders had about 3MM shares. Another 10 should so it.

Robert

The company voluntarily filed "for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for Phoenix, Arizona " (June 19th IPM press release).

"The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, International Precious Metals Corporation of Arizona ("IPMA") was also a party to the [Omega] Property Purchase Agreement, solely for the purpose of holding title to the Black Rock Property" (IPM 10K for 1997 fiscal year, filed with SEC March 31, 1998).

Anyone know the status of IPM Corp in Ontario, Canada?
