As far as I can tell its all the same. If IPM goes bankrupt all divisions and holdings (IPMA) are seized with it. Although IPM is a Canadian company, they filed for US bankruptcy protection (Ch 11) instead of Canadian bankruptcy protection due to the majority of creditors to IPM being US companies. In my experience there is no tactical advantage or "safe harbor" to the way its been structured and handled.

Does anyone know the status of the 3 or 4 or more million shares that Omega holds? Did they sell them before November? If Dale=Maxam=Phoenix=Omega still owns these shares he can't come up with .10 per share, he is already paying Maxam consultants with Maxam stock.
