interesting reading. i see charges and counter-charges, threats and counter-threats. how much is real would have to be determined by the courts. however, YOUR action in posting it on this thread is a clear action intended, imho, to hurt CSMA shareholders. spiffy move for which you are accountable. gary

ROFLMAO---Does anyone honestly believe this is a legitimate letter? First, look who the point of contact is: If you have any questions contact HK Boner Please tell me Mr. HK Boner or WTF your name is, are you carrying 23 pairs of chromosones? Do you honestly expect people to believe this garbage? Second, protocol calls for letters of this type to be sent via certified mail by an attorney. It has come to my attention that this letter was sent via fax with no return number. Are we shy Mr. Boner? Too indigent for counsel? Third, they value damages at the maximum price the CSMA stock ever hit, for a two day period. Look people, when one party terminates a contract with another party, the potential for litigation always exists...but this ain't it folks. Maybe a legitimate suit may arise(oh, aren't we all shocked! companies suing each other), but it won't be in this manner. The idiocy never ceases. TG

To all who are interested: I just finished talking to H.K. about this fax. First of all, this is not an attorney's letter. It is not on an attorney's letterhead and it wasn't received by H.K. by certified mail. He received a copy by fax which is unsigned and the fax had no return fax number. This is NOT a legal document, it is intended to intimidate only. There is nothing here. Who specifically is it from and why no signature? Who is HK Boner and what is his agenda? Maybe to drive down the price of the stock to allow him to cover his short position before the BUFF dividend shares are issued? There are a couple of entities who want the stock price to go down before the merger is complete. You are seeing their attempts in action. The Buffalo Capital deal is signed. They were contacted by a couple of entities who did not want the deal to go through. Buffalo Capital is aware of all of this and they are not buying it. The bottom line: There is no announcement of litigation by an attorney. If they were going to litigate, they would do it instead of sending out unsigned faxes to scare people. I guess I won't be able to hibernate. David
