When you put ernest money down on a home and you back out you lose you money. A lot of people are going for pre approval on loans. So no matter what they buy or where they buy they will usually stay with the mortgage company they got the pre approval from. And even if a sale falls threw on a house they may change Realtors but not mortgage companies. I actually bought some property this spring. and the frist house I had a contract on did not pass an inspection so I backed out of the contract, but I bought another house used the same loan etc.
