David Hayes: Greg and I were talking on the phone so I relayed the information to him which he posted.

Except when necessary, I am not going to respond to posts. Nobody should read anything into any post just because I don't respond to it. This is precisely what I wanted to avoid.

I will keep a watch on the thread because there will be more tricks to come until the merger is complete or until trial memberships are discontinued.

It is against the law to fax any document without the imprint of senders fax phone number showing at the top of the fax. This can be verified by reading the operating instructions of any brand of fax machine.

This is going to be fun to watch.
