Ron, just look at the chart of EXSO or CHTL for your answer, every so often, the MM will bounce a dead stock to get few suckers in to believe that the basic death sentence has been lifted, they short these rallies and unload some inventory they have accumulated on the way down. You can try and play this, but these rallies die within three four trading days of the start of the rally.
