I hope you're not wrong because if they made an error in there PR i would be very very disappointed Anyway i would preferred if instead of doing deals with company to decrease there net margin they would try promoting the service with banner all over the internet (i don't know the price of those banners but if all XXX site are using it it must work). Because when Lucent is going to be ready i pretty sure that you will see banners all over the place . I don't think this is normal that everybody i talk to about ICM have no idea of what it is. People need to know how great this product is, and decided if they need it or not. They have been the first to offer the service and if they don't start soon to promote it it's going to be hard later. People have the choice to choose the service they want. Where i live my phone company (Bell Canada) offers a similar service but i choose not to use it even if it is a great disadvantage for me because the message is in english and people speaks french here).
