gee mike, welcome to si, been here four days and haven't had anything better to do but rip on the amigos and doug. obviously, from your post here, you know nothing about doug. i guess you only have to be occasionally right to become one of the most popular threads and bookmarked personalities on si. get a clue. still waiting for your first pick...territory you yourself want to avoid? pick one...i'm just a prick for accuracy too, pick a f#$^ing stock! or will you use your membership just to make a pain in the ass of yourself?

Michael,

My post about FAXX was only a response to mr pink's advertisement of himself on the thread showing that anybody can claim success. FAXX just happened to be one that I picked that was moving that day.
I believe the "several" people you are referring to amount to a grand total of 2. GB was last here and offered a stock which he put against one I had just picked. I think his was ADTK. Mine was HCIA. ADTK went nowhere and HCIA doubled in about a month. So...do you have a stock? I do.
One thing that I have always tried to have people understand is the use of trend lines as tools to identify when a trade has gone the wrong way. Rather than ride a bad trade all the way down, use trendlines to get out. Once out, the rest of the decline is moot...if you are detached enough to take a trend line break as a sell signal and follow through and sell. If not, I have no control over that.
About being a bull market genius, anyone can do it with the right tools. Bull market...bear market...if you're on the right side of the prevailing trend, you will always be a genius.

Watch DATC closely tomorrow.

Michael,

Showing your ass rather soon in your short time with Silicon Investor, nice job!

I've actually been quite concerned that Doug's unbelievable accuracy would start to be the downfall of this thread, i.e., too many people trading on Doug's recommendations and artificially moving the market as opposed to the markets moving on their own. So I've decided people like you are helpful. Stupid, but helpful

Doug sucks. Pass the word. <<gg>>

Micheal,
DougR does more than pick stocks, he is also a mentor and
helps one see more in a chart or TA. It is the responsibility of the
individual for his actions. I personally have learned a lot
by lurking and asking occassional questions.

Recently, I ask Doug his opinion on a chart. I merged his
answer with mine and shared on the appropriate thread.

REF: topher.net

which shows a nice breakout this week.
