Paul,
You sure assume a lot about whats going on at IAS. You've come to the conclusion that Neldon is "unloading" his stock. Since he owns more than 9 million shares, the few thousand that is being registered, not necessarily sold hardly represents an unloading. I've been observing this thread for quite sometime and with the exception of maybe Bob Walters, you guys have way too much time on your hands. From someone who has seen DWM working, I'm amazed that anyone would give Paul McGinnis the time of day. We criticize that which we don't understand!
Try getting a life, it works wonders!

do you have an Internet link you could post to the place where you got this information?

I get the information directly from the SEC filings reported on Bloomberg. I have an open Bloomberg sitting on my desk, not through any vendor or the internet. I don't know where to get complete 144 filings on the net.

It seems absurd to me that Yahoo! Finance in incapable of keeping their list up to date, I would like to know where they get their information.

This has troubled me for months now. I participate on The Motley Fool boards (mostly Amazon.com), and am constantly flabbergasted by the the undying reliance people have for anything they see published on the net. Misinformation spreads like the plague. As long as you can provide a link, it is assumed that your information is accurate.

I like the fact that novice investors are out there doing research and their own due diligence, but sometimes a little information is a dangerous thing.

Anyway, I've been following this company for a while now, including this board and your always informative posts, and felt that people should know what the insiders are doing.

I'm always a skeptic first when it comes to investing, and when I see the stock of a thinly traded company jump on no news I get suspicious. When that stock is covered by only small market makers and no analysts, while the CEO/President is trying to unload shares, I get really suspicious.
