Your claim, about only a few thousand shares being registered by Neldon Johnson to be sold, is incorrect. Check out the original message at Message 5220056 which shows that he filed to sell more than 395,000 shares since November 1997.

And, since you claim to have seen DWM working, perhaps you can enlighten us as to why it has been more than 2 years since the demo of DWM that never happened, and you still can't buy a single DWM product. Do you have any idea of how much time 2 years is in the technology business?

Also, given that IAS has claimed to be able to violate fundamental engineering laws like the Shannon-Hartley limit and the Nyquist sampling theorem, how come there haven't been any papers on such a radical discovery in any technical journals?

Wynn,
I am curious as to when you viewed the DWM modem. Have you recently
recently viewed a demonstration or was it a while ago?
I am a long time shareholder that has purchased additional stock
at lower prices as Paul McGinnis continues to bash IAS and drive the price down. I too wonder why Paul, who claims he owns no stock, would spend two years and hundereds of messages on something that he is convinced will not work? Wouldn't one just move on to something more constructive if you were so sure that it doesn't work?
I also wonder since it has been two years, if it doesn't work then why hasn't the SEC shut them down? Hmmm, maybe it does work!
Neldon originally owned 10,558,433 shares of common stock and 1,000,000 shares of class A. If you were going to sell out wouldn't you be selling 5,000,000 shares or more? My guess is that he is selling the 395,000 shares to cover the cost of completing the grocery store and wages for the remaining employees.
By the activity in this stock in the recent weeks, I am assuming that the modem must be reaching completion or people are anticipating the opening of the store. I guess we will have to wait and see.
I for one will wait to see if Paul is correct or if he has caused a lot of people to sell and loose a lot of money.
I will be very interested in any information that you have on DWM.

Wynn,

>>From someone who has seen DWM working, I'm amazed that anyone would give Paul McGinnis the time of day. We criticize that which we don't understand!

Maybe if more people were as educated as Paul McGinnis on telephony he wouldn't need to post here at all. If you want to believe in Neldon's Magic Carpet Ride go ahead but they have yet to show anything other than excuses.

Cheers,

Norm
