No offense marginmike, but just because someone has an accent, it does not mean that they are dopes. If they asked stupid questions and did not know what they were talking about as in this case, then they can be dopes. Anyway, I hope we can get some upgrades this morning from some of those dopes.

Does anyone have any thoughts on when (at what stock price) Q is likely to authorize a stock split? Hopefully, a few upgrades and some more positive news will push the stock toward the $80 level.

Have a great morning.

AA

Marginmike:

Part of the knock against Q is the short manner in which management responds to the analysts. I, on the other hand, think the ability of management to put up with the continued spoon feedings of those buffoons is above and beyond. How someone who professes to be an expert in an area can subject himself to presenting such self defacing question is beyond me. I have not listened in on a conference call yet - I only hope they are better than the press briefings we have to sit through at the Cape. It is bad enough to listen to reporters questions, you kind of give them the benefit of the doubt until the same question is asked three times in a row! Ugh! What a mess, no wonder the Space Biz is in such a mess, NASA relies on those types of people to put the good word out. Wake up NASA and hire a good PR firm!

Oppps ranting a bit off topic....

Wake up Qcom, hire yourself a good PR firm! Admit that the big wigs dont come over well in the conference call set up and hire some face people to sit in for you.
