That info was available from the CEO. I know because he told another investor this, last week sometime. My understanding is that those shares entered the float at least 2 weeks ago. So, IMO, it should have little effect on us now.

John mentioned this. I don't know why they hit the market, who the owner was or the previous restrictions on the stock (probably time).
