for the new investors out there
what does this stock have to offer

intranet- in conjunction with seimens has developed a high speed video capable intranet to link mutual funds to the institutions and investors that buy them.
in fact- i called michael sheppard once and he told me that customers were waiting for the site to be operational
they can also set up a customisable intranet for any company that wants one

internet- as u can see yesterday the internet site was up briefly yesterday and it looked impressive with portfolio, charting, quotes, news by sector etc..but will continue to grow since the video links and mutual fund links were not active yet
a company was already advertising on their site so revenues are already coming in

paging- fntn is almost finished aquiring idb, a financial paging company, this will really enhance value for customers who can now leave their computer without fear of missing the latest financial information

telecom- fntn is a full telco which can offer international, long distance and local calls and have been deriving revenues from this part of the business for a while. they plan to offer lower rates to their customers.
they will also offer isdn lines to their customers to enable them to use the video links on their internet site

the old site...www.fntn.com has their old press releases
looking for the new site soon

Good morning Mike,

Great post and insight into what will be taking place with FNTN in the near future.

Mike you said: << >>

<<The day traders will be here soon - perhaps today.>>

I agree and if not today very shortly.

<<Volatility will be the watchword.>>

I fully agree and will say this don't let volatility sway you that is what it is going to take to move FNTN upward and onward.

<<I just can't figure out what the thread lice are going to attack. >>

Soon and we must ignore them all together. I promise you that I will not respond to them unless I feel it is absolutely necessary.

<<Here is a preemptive strike: >>

<<No audited financials? Being done as we speak, we are told. >>

No not yet but soon. It takes time to get this completed.

<<No product? Well, I saw the web site yesterday also and was impressed. There is clearly a way to go on it, but I'll repeat what others have said - damn, it loaded quickly! Too bad we will not see the non-public side of things. We'll have to look to the client list for that. Speaking of which...>>

Yes I was very impressed too as I stated in some of my earlier posts

<<No customers? I am absolutely 100% certain that clients will flock to this thing if it works as promised. No company wants to build and maintain an intranet itself.>>

I agree that client will be flocking to FNTN in the months and years to come.

<<Have I missed anything? This is the pivot point for this stock. Proper execution now by the company is required. I don't have any reason to believe that it will not happen.>>

Yes when this happens and I too have no reason to believe that it won't the sky will then become the only limiting factor.

Just my thoughts in regards to what Mike said in his Post # 1018

Thanks Mike and best regards,

Bill Fortune III

May not be the GAP we expected but the current Bid is raised to .0895, Ask remained .90 cents. That could and likely will change before I finish this message...

Good points in Bill's & Mike's previous post..I'll personally be pleased even if the stock price holds solid. Likely there are folks who bought at .75 to .95 a few months ago and they may have just saw their break-even after they returned from work yesterday. When folks get hung even a few months in a stock that drifted down, many times all they want is OUT. So we may have some sell orders to deal with, if so those could be taken out by noon, which will clear the way for mostly BUYING and that is ALL that will increase any stock's price...
Just drawing from past experience and observation.

Malcolm

Mike and All:

The thread lice ill try to pick arguments badmouth the stock
in any way they can. They don't care what the argument is,
they will argue any point right or wrong. They love personal
attacks and will do anything to get something going. The only
way to beat them is IGNORE them. Do not get drug into their
bait no matter how hard they try. They will try to get you to
answer back in any way they can. Remember folks do not answer
them or argue with them. Ignore is the only way to beat.
