LegalBeast John previously mentioned a float number of 160M and with the 37M of restricted shares that hit the market we get 197M. In addition, I would like to see John issue warrants to pay for the future acquisitions. The warrants would have no time limit, but only a strike price that is significantly higher than our current price. The benefit would be that they would not add dilution. They would serve the same purpose as restricted common stock, but would not hurt current shareholders. Also, PRWT should take out a few million dollars in debt to buy back existing shares at their current levels. A little debt is better than equity dilution.
