Thanks Katherine. My research to date still supports the point that SMTL makes the better plating tool...which is not to say the AMAT won't be competitive sometime....or that SMTL won't be bought out by a bigger fish - AMAT perhaps, though I suspect it may be a European player given the way (former CEO, now just COB) Ray Thompson has "befriended" so many in the Valley by turning down at least two buyout offers. :~) Thank heaven they have quality engineers.
