I disagree. People realize all that now. They realize the value of contracts and earnings, etc. Yet, they are not buying. In my opinion, the reasons people are not buying are, first, that they don't want to become what I call "heroes of the revolution" (sort of like Jimmy Stewart trying to save the bank in Wonderful life), and, second, everyone believes they can get this stuff even cheaper. As for LT, his prediction of August is certainly better than anything I have suggested. But, what are the "valid points" he's made to support that? I recall he mentioned that he talked to industry insiders and all the bad news is not yet out. I don't know what bad news that could be. But maybe there will be bad news. All I've heard lately from companies like VRC and MDCO is pretty good news.
