off-topic: read this news item carefully -- 08:50 ET Cardiac Pathways Corp. (CPWY) 10 1/4: FDA panel has unanimously recommended that the company's Chilli Cooled Ablation System be approved for commercial distribution. The product treats patients with rapid heart rhythm, ventricular tachycardia. CPWY shares flat in pre-market. [emphasis added. source: briefing.com ] A hot new product? :) (apparently Chilli(R) Cooled is a registered trademark. Not sure I'd want to be the beta tester though.)

I agree with this prediction, but why have you chosen this Spread strategy. I'm concerned about the premiums being so high. Are you concerned about the stock taking longer to retreat than most predict? If so, the stock will have to fall fast to make that difference in premium price. Why not just go short? Is everyone having a hard time borrowing the stock, just curious. Do you think the stock will be available to borrow tomorrow morning for short sale? -Steve
