Hi Dave, A drive through old neighborhoods of the 20s and then through the new neighborhoods being built up today does have a similarity. Big houses - big mortgages! I was around in the late 60s and early 70s as a novice investor. Can't say that about the 20s!!!

The demographic bubble has already burst in many foreign economies. We still have a way to go. I began a reorganization of my assets several years ago to make the equity/hard asset balance more realistic. The problem has been that the equity side has grown and further adjustments have to be made now and again.
