This sentence says you have a sense of humor, "The purpose for taxation is to discourage a behavior", this fragment says you don't know history, "not to make things fair". This sentence says you don't know economics or history and you don't have a sense of humor, "The purpose for taxation is too discourage a behavior, not to make things fair," It amazes me that it is entirely irrelevant what you need to know in order to survive and prosper on this planet. The absolute truth of this relegates education to the superfluous pile and puts college education into the category of separating the gods from the slobs. Superfluous is too kind, degeneracy is more accurate.
