CA debacle: On Squawk Box they said CA reported a penny ahead, but lower earnings expected next two qtrs due to Y2K. But, CA does mainframe software so, yeah they could be affected, but not PSFT. This is the last best op you'll get for this stock. I'm a buying.

Pepe, basically CA warned about low growth due to Asian problems. It also looks like trouble for the mainframe market. I believe growth is projected now at around 9%.

Hard to tell whether today is a whisper number phenomenon or investors are reading the press release along Raptor's lines: slower growth ahead. Throw a Greenspan induced sell-off into the NASDAQ and you have the prescription for an ugly day. Be thankful you're not holding CA!
