Is it safe to assume that buying CMGI is a good thing before Geocities
goes ipo? I think so.

Thanks for the info. I think this one is going to be one of the big (if not the biggest) ones this summer. Geocities is definitely a known name on the net. I know in the earlier days on the net, if you wanted a web page, everyone went to Geocities. I guess there is no way to get in before the stock issue is there?

I am not familiar with buying IPOs, hence this question.
Is there a way I can buy shares of this IPO, on Aug ,11, when
it goes public ? I hold account with Discover brokerage and
trade other stocks. How can I get in at a close to IPO price
? Can I call up the brokerage house and ask them to buy this
for me ?
