You must ask your broker whether they can sell you IPO shares. I can't help you with that. I can tell you that if you buy CMGI instead, you will indirectly own shares of GeoCities, as well as a number of other very interesting companies, some of which are public now, and some others which will go public in the future. I own shares of CMGI exactly for those reasons.

Well, unless you are a fund manager at a billion-dollar institution or have a $100 million personal account at Goldman Sachs, chances are very good you will get no shares in the IPO. The red "hot" IPOs go where the Big Money is ...
