Capital infusion will be good for the company. It reduces the risk to existing shareholders of the company failing for lack of capital.

But the terms of the PP will impact the price probably negatively in the short term.

I am waiting to see if it goes under $1. At some point it is a good buy.

Rob,

Don't have a problem with raising capital. Just know
that there are better ways and poorer ways to do it.
As the lady said "Richer is better".
