Have you received any opinion on the current issue's from this counsel
that might encourage shareholders to participate in a class action suit John as you have obviously been communicating and do you want
e-mail confirmation for record or is confirmation on the thread
acceptable. You already know my position and I remain solid in that
commitment and we certainly do have reason for grievance as of this latest news release.
