No John I am not prepared to discuss the matter at this point in time , I am based in Scotland ,we need someone on the Canadian scene to take the matter forward and be the contact with the attorney ,I have personally spent a lot of time and money over the past few months digging around and keeping this alive but it would be pointless for me to be the contact as the cost and time delays would not be to our advantage. I have already asked all interested to e-mail me with their intent, an account could then be opened with the attorney and funds payed to it and a person nominated to contact at that point ,this is of course assuming we have a strong case.
