Someone suggested questions for those going to the meeting. I would hope that someone will ask Joe to explain exactly what Cyberfax and DCI UK do and how it differs from what other companies are doing. Are we just doing a value added service here using someone else's service, or do we compete directly with some of these bigger names. Dialogic has claimed for some time to be the only one with real time fax over the internet. They provide hardware and software. Are we using their products, or some other product. Are we billing, if so how much? What is projected run rate? What are our gross margins now? What will they be as we ramp up? When do we expect those divisions to be profitable? I am sure there are many other questions to be asked, but this is a start. I hope this meeting will not just be a big back slapping, aren't we all going to be rich when the big bang occurs. Let's find out what we are doing now as a company as opposed to what companies we are buying. We have to have something that people want to buy before we can sell. Jewel
