I'm in Miami, so I splurged for a long-distance call to Interglobal Telephone Company in Fort Lauderdale -- this is one of 2 companies mentioned in the annual report who are offering Cyberfax. The number is (954) 525-0240. When I called, I asked the main operator if this company offered long-distance faxing services, and she didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I had to be a little persistent with this question until she finally said, "let me put you through to someone". The man I ended up speaking with acknowledged that they were using the Cyberfax technology, but I got the impression it wasn't exclusive. He said the internet faxing is most cost-effective to Asia, Africa, and S America. I asked if business was good and he said it had been picking up. Apparently, they make contracts with companies, he said he had just signed one with Disney, to perform this service. I told him I was a DCI shareholder just trying to see how a product of our company's was doing, and that his company had been mentioned in our annual report as one of the companies offering Cyberfax. He said he had just been talking to someone from DCI earlier in the afternoon. It was sort of an awkward conversation, since I didn't really know the right questions to ask, and he wasn't exactly keen on chatting about how his company was doing. He offered to quote me prices for the service, but I just thanked him and said it sounded like things were OK. I'm sure someone else might be able to get more info than me, but overall, the conversation led me to believe that things were generally on the up and up. Todd
